In order to create your Digital CoursePack on eLadCustomPub.com, you must first sign up as a Faculty member. There is a link on the eLadCustomPub.com home page called "Faculty Sign Up." Your sign up will provide you with an email login and password. You will only need to complete the "Faculty Sign Up" once. An email will be sent to you to verify your sign up registration. If you have previously signed up, just log in with your email login and password.

Once you have completed the "Faculty Sign Up" you will be able to create a Digital CoursePack by going to "Create a CoursePack." This is located on the top tool bar on the left side. In order to create your Digital CoursePack, you will be asked to complete 3 steps: 1) Tell us about your course, 2) Add content to your coursepack and 3) Confirm your order. You will need the following information in order to complete Step 1, "Tell us about your coursepack": school name, whether you want a print version sold through the bookstore, class name and class number, term, year, expected enrollment, first day of class, last day of class and the number of desk copies you want. Continue to next when you have completed all the information. You will receive a confirmation that you have completed step one successfully and will be directed to Step 2, "Add content to your Digital CoursePack."

To add content to your CoursePack, you may select Harvard Case Studies from the archive and/or add your own custom content. Complete the specific details for all the content you wish to include and submit after each. For custom content, you will have the option of uploading the material from your computer or, mailing in the material to LAD Custom Publishing. Once you have finished building your Digital CoursePack, you will want to confirm the content and order of the material within your coursepack. This can be done in step 3.

When you are finished with step 3, your Digital CoursePack will be confirmed when you submit the CoursePack for processing and copyright clearance. You will also be provided a coursepack number for your tracking purposes. A LAD Custom Publishing, Customer Service Representative will contact you with any questions. If you need to contact LAD Custom Publishing, please provide your coursepack number.

Once you have completed the "Student Sign Up" you will be able to access your Digital CoursePack by going to "Find My CoursePack." This is located on the top tool bar on the left side. In order to locate your Digital CoursePack, you will need to provide the following information inside "Find My CoursePack": school name, instructor, term, year, and class name and number. The information must be submitted in this order then select submit at the bottom of the page.

The Digital CoursePack will appear on the right side under "Confirm Class." Check to make sure you have selected the correct Digital CoursePack. If you have selected the correct Digital CoursePack, the price will be displayed. Proceed to method payment and select your method of payment then purchase. This will take you to "Check Out," where you can do a last verification of your purchase.

To purchase your Digital CoursePack, proceed to "Make a Payment," on the right side. Based on your selected method of payment, complete all the purchase information then select purchase. Your purchase will be confirmed and a confirmation will be sent to your email address. Required Plug Ins will display and you with links to required Adobe Acrobat Reader and File Open, DRM encryption plug-ins. You will need these in order to download and open your PDF, Digital CoursePack. It is highly recommended that you print these instructions and follow them carefully. You may download the Digital CoursePack anytime within the following 24 hours from the time of purchase. It is highly recommended you download the PDF onto the computer you will be using to open your Digital CoursePack. Once you open the Digital CoursePack it will be locked on that computer and you will not be able to open it on another computer. You can however, download the Digital CoursePack but, not open it, email it to your primary computer then, open the PDF file.
