Quick and Easy Download Process for when you have an ACCESS CODE
TO DOWNLOAD
1. You must have Adobe Reader to access the document, if you do not please visit www.adobe.com and install it now.
2. Log in www.eladcustompub.com with your username (email address) and password (that you created).
3. Click ACCESS CODE on the navigation bar, enter the new access code (copy and paste to avoid errors); you do not need to search for University, Professor, etc.
4. DOWNLOAD your coursepack.
5. Make sure you SAVE your document on your computer so you may view it at your convenience, without having to revisit the website.
6. Adobe may require you to make a minor adjustment. Follow the instructions you are prompted with on the screen. This will not affect any other documents on your computer.

TO OPEN
You will see a message saying that the document is trying to connect to the server; click Allow. You will then need to 'Unlock' the actual document by entering your username (email address). You will have to click Allow 2 more times and you will see 'The document has been successfully unlocked', click OK. If you did not save the document before, make sure to save it now.

Where is my access code?
If you have purchased an access code from MBS direct, it is embedded in the link, in the email you received from MBS.

If you purchased an access code from your bookstore, it is located in the packet you purchased.

Why won’t my access code work?
Each access code may only be used once. If you have already used your access code but did not download the CoursePack to your hard drive, please contact customer service at customerservice@eLadCustomPub.com or call toll free 1-877-318-8800, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time Zone). If you receive the message that your access code is invalid please make sure you are typing it in correctly; the access code is case sensitive. It is recommended that you cut & paste the code if possible.

I think I already downloaded this CoursePack, but I can’t find it on my computer- help?
As stated above, re-using the access code to re-download the document will not work. Try looking in My Documents Downloads and see if the CoursePack file is there. If not, log back in to the website and click on MY ORDERS. For 24 hours after the access code was entered, you can re-download the document from the MY ORDERS page.

I cannot view my CoursePack, what is wrong?
Do you have Adobe Reader 6.0 or higher? If not, please visit www.adobe.com and install it.

Please be sure you are using the correct email address when logging into the document. The email address should be the same as your username.

Adobe requires a setting change when you access the document more than once and should prompt you to make the change.

Windows
Click Edit, Preferences, find JavaScript and then UNCLICK the box titled “Enable Global Object Security Policy”. Click OK.

Macintosh
Click Acrobat, Preferences, General, find JavaScript and then UNCLICK the box titled “Enable Global Object Security Policy”. Click OK.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to view my CoursePack?
Yes, you will need to be connected to the internet every time you open (and Unlock) your CoursePack.

What if I’ve forgotten my password?
Please contact customer service at customerservice@eLadCustomPub.com or call toll free 1-877-318-8800, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time Zone). We can reset it for you.

I cannot log in.
Please make sure you are using the same email you used to establish the account. If you’ve forgotten your email address please do not create another account, contact customer service at customerservice@eLadCustomPub.com or call toll free 1-877-318-8800, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time Zone).

Can the CoursePack be downloaded to more than one computer?
The CoursePack may be downloaded on up to 2 computers, within 24 hours. Once you have activated your access code you may download the document on the second computer by signing onto the website and clicking MY ORDERS. For 24 hours there will be a link under MY ORDERS to download the document.

I cannot find my university on the list.
If you have an access code you do not need to search for your university, professor, etc. Simply click access code and enter it there.

Will I be able to print my CoursePack?
Yes, you may print your CoursePack.

When may I expect my printed CoursePack to arrive?
If you have ordered a CoursePack that is to be shipped, we will ship it within 24 hours of receiving the order. Not all CoursePacks are eligible for shipping.

What should I do if I purchased the wrong CoursePack?
